Shawn Edmondson received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Alabama and his Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation Methodology from Utah State University. Emilie Engelhard

Emilie Engelhard is fueled by big ideas, good causes, and the power of storytelling. As the Communications Director at Washington STEM, Emilie is responsible for defining the organization's overarching marketing strategy and building brand awareness with the goal to the grow the movement for excellence, equity, and innovation in STEM education. Amanda Fankhauser

Amanda Fankhauser’s love for education started early, when she would fake “well” so as not to miss a day of school. Amanda holds a Masters in Teaching from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in early childhood development. Over the years, she has worked with students in a variety of roles and settings: as a fifth grade teacher and student council advisor in the Lake Washington School District, a summer camp teacher at both Pacific Science Center and Experience Music Project and a substitute teacher with the Bellevue School District.
